Kiki is the most helpful, knowledgeable, and easy Realtor® I've known. During our inspection, a few items came up and contractors were needed. She had a deep list of great contractors that were fast and very quick to take care of my needs in getting the house ready for sale. In addition, because of the nature of our sale, we weren't always readily available to meet contractors onsite. To her credit, Kimberly was always there, without question, to help the contractors and make sure their needs were being met, as well as ensuring the job was done right. I totally appreciated her availability and instant willingness to always assist in ways that I didn't expect. I will most definitely be using KiKi again.

Kiki was amazing and went above and beyond for us in multiple ways to make a complicated process easy. As first-time homebuyers, we had lots of questions and she made sure to explain every step along the way. She provided additional cleaning for us when the house wasn't ready for us to move in, found us contractors and roofers quickly when we needed them, and then met them at the house when we couldn't be there, and supported us with quick and constant communication throughout. When there were timely and high-pressure issues to deal with she was efficient and successful. Kiki and her team helped us immensely after our home was flooded in the Newland‘s neighborhood in the fall of 2013. Our home had already been on the market but then it was completely flooded during the heavy rains that flooded much of Boulder.
