Brad’s expertise isn't confined to the boardroom. He has "boots-on-the-ground" experience managing large-scale demolition projects in Denver and successfully flipping homes, giving him a keen eye for a property’s "bones." He notices the structural nuances and mechanical potential that others miss, providing clients with an added layer of security during the inspection and valuation process.

A lifelong athlete and competitive cyclist, Brad has spent decades traversing the backroads and ridges of Boulder County. This topographic knowledge allows him to advise clients on the micro-climates and lifestyle nuances of the Foothills with unmatched precision. As the team’s "schedule architect" and Kiki’s personal fitness coach, Brad brings a high-performance discipline to every transaction.
