Oooooo...Awwwww,
I have a love-hate relationship with fireworks!
Not an everyday note from yours truly.
We are officially halfway through 2022. I don't think there are rocks big enough to hide under anymore to take a break from the daily deluge of our world and current events.
If yesterday's headline doesn't hit close to home, wait for a day or two and the next one will.
That brings me to this... The industry headlines have 2008 "vibes" and the last month has brought a few sleepless nights of concern. I am remaining neutral and diving into my tool box as the market shifts.
I will share that I barely survived 2008 with young children in tow, but I got through it and rebuilt. My family and short list of friends and a lot of professional advice and local resources allowed me to restructure my life, continue my career in real estate and suck it up.
Today I find strength in myself, grateful that I have the experience and knowledge to help my clients and their friends. The higher path has a well worn trail I know how to follow blindfolded. Every day has an opportunity for me to choose to do the "right thing". My mom always said I learned the hard way, looking back I also earned my experience the hard way. But I know it inside and out and now I am a rock for others who know they can trust me. Lets not forget my best teachers are some of the most financially savvy and intelligent people I have met, they were my CLIENTS! Every single one of you has taught me so much, that I use to help others. If you chose me a one point to work with or refer business to, please know I count you among those who have taught me never to give up.
Mid year rant is over...
If you are curious about how the Boulder Valley market is faring or your specific real estate investment, please message me. I will hop on a call with you immediately and be available to talk through your questions about what the housing market is doing right now, as in yesterday and today. Overall, it's not as bad as the news is making it out to be.
25 years of the highs and lows has made my list of resources long and my desire to help others achieve their dreams or find refuge from their nightmares strong.
Text or call me- I want to hear from you. If I was able to go back in time and do one thing over from the time I tried to hide under a rock in 08'-09', it would be to reach out when I needed help or more important to hear another voice.
